For custom-printed products, the customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork, specifications, and approvals. Once a design is approved by the customer for printing, Galaxy Enterprises is not liable for errors in content, spelling, or design present in the customer-approved file.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Full or partial payment (as applicable) must be received before production begins on custom orders.
5. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure they have the necessary rights/permissions for any logos, images, or content submitted for printing. Galaxy Enterprises is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from content supplied by the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Galaxy Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order placed.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or any order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, District Thane, Maharashtra.
